Custom Declaration
For non document shipment, custom regulations required shipments to be accompanied by an invoice. This would ensure prompt custom clearance adn proper computation of duty and taxes. Shipment are cleared in accordance with local custom regulations.

Volumetric Charging
Airline charges are based on a minimum shipment density. The greater of the volumetric weight or the actual weight of your packages will be used to calculate your shipping cost. The formula to calculate volumatic weight is:

Length x Width x Height (cm3) divided by 6000 = Volumetric Weight (Kgs)

Freight Collect Shipment
Airpak Express Pte Ltd will charge addition 20% on the publish rates for all FREIGHT COLLECT shipments. Please contact our sales department for more information on the destinations for freight collect.
